Description:
The specific objectives of this ToR are:
- Delivery of a comprehensive training on development of curricula, using a market-based approach, that entails focusing on technical competencies allowing the students to directly infiltrate the job market
- Presentation of relevant teaching tools: syllabus, lesson plans, content books, etc.
- Harmonization of the same courses given by different bodies under the project, including their schedule, material and content. – Sharing of pedagogical methods and tools to be deployed by the teachers when addressing socially marginalized beneficiaries, school dropouts and individuals dealing with any behavioural disorder
